Another week and another win for the New England Patriots who now go to 7-0 after the win over the Dolphins. Here is a look at the Patriots post game locker room following the victory. Glad to see the return of Matthew Slater doing his post game thing also! These videos never get old… How does it feel!?!? Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww yeahhhhh!

Jets Requested the NFL Check Patriots Visitor Locker Room For Surveillance Equipment Prior to Week 7 Game

Posted: 30 Oct 2015 09:41 AM PDT

When your opponent thinks you have an edge, you have an edge. And apparently the New York Jets thought the Patriots had an edge by suspecting the Patriots visiting locker room was bugged.

The New England Patriots defeated the New York Jets 30-23 in Week 7, and according to a new report, the NFL may have made sure they didn’t have any illegal advantages over Gang Green prior to the contest.

Per Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk on Friday, Boomer Esiason reported on WFAN the Jets requested the NFL sweep their locker room for possible surveillance equipment ahead of their Week 7 loss.

Although a source denied to Pro Football Talk that the Jets made such a request, that same source did not deny the notion of the NFL checking the locker room for bugs, according to Florio.

Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News also reported that the Jets are not believed to have asked the NFL to investigate their locker room.

The Pats are no strangers to controversy, as evidenced by the Deflategate scandal that took the league by storm during the offseason, but they came under fire long before that incident ever came to light.

The Jets were at the center of the situation, too, as then-Jets head coach Eric Mangini made the NFL aware that the Patriots illegally taped their signals. That became known as the Spygate scandal, and it resulted in the Pats getting fined and stripped of their first-round draft pick in 2008.

Per Bleacher Report’s Jason Cole, suspicion of bugging locker rooms is nothing new in the NFL, and it hasn’t always involved the Patriots either:

New England’s past transgressions have undoubtedly made it a league-wide target, and that seems unlikely to change any time soon, even if the Pats are on a straight-and-narrow path currently.

There is no shortage of outside noise surrounding the Patriots, and while that could easily turn into a distraction, that hasn’t been the case for them in 2015 as they are 7-0 and once again in contention to win a championship.

Patriots Show They are Far Superior to The Dolphins on Thursday Night Football

Posted: 30 Oct 2015 07:35 AM PDT

The Miami Dolphins under interim head coach, Dan Campbell, were rolling. Or so they thought… Having averaged 41 points in their last 2 games over Tennessee Tech and Houston A&M (I mean Titans and Texans), the Dolphins level of confidence was rising. Until they received a heavy dose of reality by way of a beat down at Gillette Stadium.

Reading some of the Dolphins fans comments yesterday about how they were going to come in to Gillette and beat the Patriots on their own field was flat out comical and no one believed it for a second. An interim head coach doesn’t march into Gillette and win, they just don’t. This team is miles and miles ahead of the rest of the league. They are too smart, too talented and this year, too motivated.

The Patriots game plan better than anyone in the league, and they also adjust better than anyone in the league. If a defense prepares for the run, they’ll pass. If they prepare for the pass, they’ll run. If they stack the right side of the line, they’ll run left. If they stack the left side of the line, they’ll run right. Tom Brady does not snap the football into a bad play, he is always adjusting. People that want to credit Commercial whore Peyton Manning for being the best audible QB in the league are strongly mistaken.

The Patriots also have the weapons. Edelman, Amendola, Gronkowski, LaFell (I thought had a great game last night), Lewis, Blount, White… It’s incredible. Who knew at the start of the year how important Dion Lewis was going to be in this offense? The guy has been spectacular, and giving him the game off vs. the Jets to recover proved to be another genius decision. The cuts he is making leave us in awe. Has to be fun for Jonas Gray sitting on the other side line watching that, because it sure was fun for me…12188489_10156145892600117_1447540291_nI was at the game last night but caught a clip of Nantz asking Simms in the second quarter what the Dolphins needed to do on offense to get back in the game, Simms said “I don’t know”, now people may think that’s just Simms being the typical idiot he is, but that was actually the smartest thing he has ever said, he said that because there literally was nothing the Dolphins could do.

By the way the Patriots defense deserves so much more credit than they are getting. Chandler Jones now has 8.5 sacks and is leading the NFL in that category. The interception last night by Harmon was probably the best catch of the game. The Patriots allowed only 15 yards of rushing to a team that has absolutely steam rolled the running game the past 2 weeks averaging OVER 200 yards per game. The 15 yards is 5 best in Patriots history for yards allowed in a game and also 5th worst in Dolphins history. It took Miami until almost half time to even cross the 50 yard line. Here is a fun fact: 47% of the points the Patriots have allowed have come after the Patriots have achieved a 99% chance of victory. Incredible!

How about Gostkowski. The guy is flat out automatic. He is hitting it from every where. It’s funny to think of how I felt when Vinatieri left New England and how I thought we would be like every other team marching kickers in to practice on Tuesdays and having tryouts. Gostkowski has been better than Vinatieri and his leg is even stronger. The only thing separating Gostkowski and Vinatieri is the moments Vinatieri has kicked in, that’s it. The Patriots have gone 20 years now without having one single worry about kickers like other teams have to (ie Pittsburgh).

This team sure is special and it is a privilege to watch them every weekend. 72-0 at home with the lead at halftime! Are you serious! Unbelieveable

7-0 LETS GO!!!!
